The tasks include:
1 Orders start
2 Following purchase orders
3 Supplier follow up
4 Handling of shipping documents
5 Daily contact with our Denmark team to follow up.
6 Daily ensure our QC team is booked for inspection.
7 Handle import and export of samples with DHL/UPS and local courier parcels.


We expect you to:
1 Has experience as a coordinator or planner
2 Can work independently
3 Can work with many parallel deadlines without losing sight of the overview
4 Fluent in written and spoken English
5 Has an analytical and structured mindset
6 Has a good overview and can keep calm in stressful situations
7 Can identify with the company's core values 'innovation, ownership, quality, integrity and commitment'
8 Has a good knowledge of Excel
