Responsibilities: ? Communicate with hiring and department managers to understand and address resourcing needs as well as organizational capability requirements. ? Follow Huhtamaki HR policy, guidelines, legal requirements and other processes and practices ? Collect and analysis data from local sites to prepare NA monthly report for management team ? Support people leaders on managing day to day people issues ? Participate in various HR related projects and initiatives. ? Assume other duties assigned by direct supervisor. Requirements: ? University degree, Human Resources qualification preferred. ? 5 years’ experience on recruitment function. ? Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, talent markets and competitors. Talent development experience is preferred. ? Good team player with strong analytical ability and sense of confidentiality. ? Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. ? Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. ? Good PC knowledge (MS Office).
