Key Accountabilities:
As Assistant Regional Manager, responsible for DPU business development in Hubei province. The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity the successful applicant will be expected to engage in on a day to day basis. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as the nature of our business requires all employees to be flexible, dynamic and to have the capacity to think creatively when presented with challenges.
Sales
? Report to and work closely with Regional Manager to deliver on enrolment budgets to INTO’s centres in the UK,US and AUS. This includes achieving targets for:
a) English programmes;
b) Academic pathways;
c) Direct Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses;
d) Direct Entry Only university courses; and
e) Encourage and support increased agent use of the INTO Partner Portal (including the INTO Global Application system).
? Articulate and deliver on strategic recruitment plans.
? Actively seek out new recruitment channels within your region.
? Proactively sell INTO, and Direct Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes at fairs, workshops and other events.
? Proactively cross-sell INTO, and Direct Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes when communicating with agents. Advise and assist agents apply for other INTO-affiliated programmes in the event their initial application is not the best match.
? Directly impact on the growth of Chinese students for all INTO centres in the UK and US, and for all Direct Undergraduate and Postgraduate universities.
? Effectively communicate with all INTO centres and staff, and staff, and Direct Undergraduate and Postgraduate universities and staff.
Customer Service
? Aggressively initiate, develop and maintain relationships with DPU Global’s agents.
? Train agents on a regular basis so that they gain a keen understanding of INTO, and Direct Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes and services.
? Travel extensively within China to visit agents and attend fairs and workshops.
? Some international travel to visit centres and operating divisions.
Communication and coordination
? Responsible for overall logistics and management of marketing strategy in your region, and assist colleagues with collateral creation, market research, due diligence and other related functions.
? Work effectively in a team environment in a collaborative manner to deliver strong results.
? To be flexible and to assist with all reasonable duties on request, as directed by line manager
