Acceptable Major in Engineering Mechanics, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, in using simulation approach to resolve issue, such as Vibration, fatigue etc.工程力学，汽车工程，机械工程，土木工程专业硕士或博士，研究与工作方向如：振动，NVH，动力学，转子动力学或发动机核心部件结构仿真? Fresh graduate (Master and above) is acceptable but must have 2 years academic and project experience in the above field. Candidate who only hold undergraduate degree must have at least 5 years related working experience具备良好学术背景的应届硕士及以上学历毕业生亦可，但需具备至少2年以上振动相关学术背景和项目经验。工作大于5年的本科生具备相关经验者亦可。? Must have FEA or other numerical Simulation knowledge and must have the experience of implementing these knowledges on solving real problems.须具备有限元或其他数值仿真理论与知识，并且有应用此技术解决实际问题的经验?
